Didn't mean to piss you off in my comments last month Nuke. Hopefully you still will consider me a friend. I wont blow smoke up your ass where our ladies are concerned nor the biker/gearhead life style. We each have a different life styles of sort yet more the same than either of us realize. It's not my job to look out for your lady. As a friend to you both (I hope) I may have overstepped my boundaries. Please don't fault me if I gave some constructive criticism. I'd expect nothin less form you.

You didn't piss me off. Anytime I start something off with "Cheeses K.Reist" I'm in a good mood. Otherwise I'd be much, much more graphic! The only thing with that photo was it had to be shot instantaneously or She'd have never let me get it without her taking an hour getting ready! Thanks for understanding. You know I mean no malice, and do understand the freezing water look. Good lord I have gotten that from Sugar more often than I like after I snapped a photo which she still wont allow me to post. She may be a biker, redneck country girl but has to keep up her schoolmarm ways of sort. I've got the best of both worlds, just cant totally share it. (darn it)

Robbie, It's such a shame when people fall out of lust for some reason or another. My first marriage was less than perfect as well as was my hubby's. Love can take many roads but is such a shame for all involved when the potholes move in. The big problem is how to reignite that spark and turn it into an inferno. I do so hope that something can be done for the both of you to rekindle that flame. Not knowing either of you I can't even begin to suggest a starting point for that path. Just please know we'll both hold a good thought for you and your girl.

I flip flop a bit that way. Get the urge to go natural for a while and then I get disgusted with all the shrubbery and just strip myself down to the barest of bare! I will say that when I'm totally "defoliated" my sensitivity down there is heightened immeasurably. We have much in common! I had to sell my Pete 377 a while back after back surgery (they opened up my entire lumbar region and gave it a full tune-up) and it was pretty obvious I wasn't going to be climbing back in anytime in this life. Still got the ole bullet nose Pan and a 52 Servi for a parts chaser. I sometimes have to fight the girl to ride it though, she's grown pretty fond of it as well. When it comes to plain speaking, I usually just ask the idiots if it's true they have to take their hat off to take a leak...

We can talk about scooters but only here. And most would be lost, they can't put a conversation like this together with a lovely woman. As such I don't want to scare of anyone that would compliment your lady. Brave Trolls behind a key board will always be here and nasty, incapable of grasping any form of real woman. My antique compute has been giving me grief lately as such my throw away email keeps crashing. Would love to put up what little pictures I have of my HD but this is about the ladies here.

Having said all of that, may years ago I was in a hurry for lower legs for my 53 Pan hoping to somewhat finish my thoughts on the custom in my minds eye. With several moves and poor storage areas my original lower and turned legs froze up. A local HD dealer had some lower legs, or so I thought. I can't blame the snot nose kids behind the counter because I didn't check the legs out and paid a buck 20 for them If I recall. Turns out they were Sevi-car lower legs. Or so I was told. As I'm not familiar with sevi-car anatomy I'm at a loss. Could be I was sold two of the same side. A lot of things happened between then and now and to my chagrin I haven't followed up as yet. Most of my knowledge is with the Lime Bikes. Although I've owned 2 Pan heads which I dearly loved.

Anyway, one way or another we have to figure a way to meet up and leave this area to compliment your lovely lady. Even though she gets where were coming from. Sugar gets it too. She has me and two son's but we can never count her out. That Strawberry Blond can say one word or point at something and it's holey crap!! How didn't we see that. A soul mate is a blessing worth more than gold Bro.

All I can tell you about those servi lowers is that they were primarily 74" HD (the early mechanical drum style Hydra Glide forks) until the very last years (ended in 73) with the addition of raked trees and a 7/8" neck post. Other than those two differences, they should work with your Pan unless they're the early AMF stuff... But I'm not really sure about the early AMF junk, it might even be the same on them. Anyway, try fitting 'em up, you may be surprised.

From what I gatherer from your description I wasn't diligent nor was a friend that was a Harley person (?) with me to catch I was given two of the same side lower forks! Don't recall who told me they must be sevi car legs But having thought about it now why would they have opposite fender mounting? Recon I f***** big time. Thanks for your impute Nuke. How can I trade a slightly modified lower fork? Have to go in storage to see if it's a right hand or left. I know a little more about Lime bikes than HD's, back in the day they were the poor mans Harley.

The bottom of the legs- one should have a 5/8" or so hole going through and the other should have a cap that goes half round on the bottom. Which is which side? I'd have to go out and look at mine right now to not screw up that answer...

By your preliminary description I did screw up, always thought so but never got to talk with a sevi rider to verify my blunder. Thanks Man, very much appreciate your time and input. That's how things get done. Lesson learned, never be in a hurry in unfamiliar territory with someone that claims to know.
